Is NITRO-OT free?
Yes. Creating an account and playing is free. The in-game store has optional items for those who want to support the server.
Do I need to download or install anything on PC?
No. The game runs right in your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, Safari) via WebAssembly. The first time it caches game files (about 290 MB). After that it opens almost instantly.
Which web browsers work?
Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera and modern browsers on PC, Mac and Linux.
Does it work on Android phones?
It works great. The interface features custom touch controls, virtual joystick and landscape fullscreen mode. Play on your mobile browser or add to home screen as an app.
